I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves and access their inner power through hands-on ​energy healing and intuitive readings. My approach to healing is unique and I use a combination of modalities, ​guided messages, and intuition to help you feel, clear blockages and find clarity and peace.

In 2019, I found my hidden talents by accident.

I have always been an intuitive person but in 2019, after the death of a loved one, I had a huge awakening that ​cracked me open and introduced me to hidden gifts I didn’t know were there. Shortly after this I quit my 22 years ​of commercial corporate life and all that I had known in my career to walk this new pathway and create a new life ​sharing my energy healing with others.

After studying various modalities over the past 10 years including Qi Gong, Reiki and Barbera Brennan Healing ​Science, I weave a blend of these as well as intuitive messages into each session depending on what you need. ​No two sessions are the same.

I love this new life and I have found my purpose and clarity. My intention is to hold the space for you and help ​you connect to yourself, tap into your inner strength and answers within.

1:1 Hands on Healing

Using a mix of modalities and hands on energy ​healing I help your body clear blockages that ​might be holding you back or making you feel ​stuck or unwell. This session is 60 minutes and is ​done fully dressed, in person.

Intuitive Readings

My intuitive readings will help guide you ​physically, mentally and spiritually. As I connect ​with you on these session via phone, you are ​free to get very comfortable in your own home ​and sessions are around 45 minutes.
